How to Measure for the Body Magic
• Start with the tape on your chest at the nipple line (this should be the peak of your chest line)
• Record the measurement
• Start by putting the tape at the center of your chest bone. Push it up so it is tight.
• Record the measurement
• Then measure the thorax is measured (directly underneath the breast) – Starting from the front to the back
• Record the measurement
• Measure the waist area (bend at the waist to determine waist area)
• Then measure the hips ( across the fullest part of the buttocks).

1. BREAST (measure around back and your breast. This is not a tight measurement)
2. THORAX (measure directly under your breast, this measurement should be quite tight, see video)
3. WAIST (measurement roughly 2 inches above your naval)
4. LOWER BELLY (if you have a lot of lower belly tissue measure that as well)
5. HIPS (measure around the largest part of your hips)
6. FATTY TISSUE (indicate whether your fatty tissue is soft, medium, or firm) (indicate if you have lots of higher belly fat right underneath your thorax)

The Body Magic Measurement Chart - How to Measure and Wear the Body Magic
There are a total of three measurements, but not all Body Magic products require them all. It may be a good idea to first choose the product you wish to buy to find out what measurement(s) are required for that specific product.
Typically, most of the products only require the Thorax (under bust) measurement.
Round all measurements down to the nearest unit. For example, if your measurement is 34 1/2 inches, the size that you would write down is 34.
If you have a friend to help you measure, start by placing the center of the tape on the front of your body, then wrap it around the back for the measurement. If you are measuring by yourself, do the opposite. Start with the tape around your back, and wrap it around the front of your body for the measurement.

- Wrap it around your back in a straight line
- Make sure it is snug and firm, but not too tight
- Record the measurement
Body Magic Measuring and Wearing
- Start by putting the tape at the center of your chest bone. Push it up so it is tight.
- Wrap the tape around under your breasts and around your back(keeping it up tight on your chest bone)
- Let the tape follow the natural curves of your body as you wrap it around your back. It should taper down slightly (from the height of the chest bone) towards your waist level.
- Make sure it is snug and firm, but not too tight
- Record the measurement
- Wrap the tape around your hips in a straight line
- Make sure that the tape is around the widest part of your hips
- Make sure it is snug and firm, but not too tight
